As we wrap up 2020 at BigScoots, it has been bitter sweet looking back on the year. This year more than any other, we have been so thankful, excited and so sincerely appreciative to all of you for making us your hosting partner. It has been a privilege to work side-by-side with so many determined, hardworking, innovative and amazing people. Even with all of the challenges 2020 brought to the world, the overwhelmingly positive outlook, innovation and conviction we have witnessed by our community has been inspiring.
2020 has changed so much for BigScoots, all for the better and we certainly couldn’t have done it without you!
- We celebrated our 10 year anniversary! It’s been over a decade since Scott and Justin co-founded BigScoots, millions of customer interactions later, we’ve never lost our passion for customer success. ❤️
- BigScoots made the 2020 list! More precisely, the Inc. 5000 list for 2020 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. It’s an absolute privilege to rank among such fantastic companies and a pleasure to share a space with our hosting colleagues from Liquidweb and Flywheel among others who have in previous years been recognized by the Inc 5000. 💪
- A massive network upgrade. BigScoots has always been an infrastructure first managed hosting provider, where we own and operate 100% of our own infrastructure. This has allowed us to offer more resources, proactively catch issues earlier and while a considerable undertaking for us, gives us the opportunity to deliver on those performance, proactive monitoring, security and industry leading reliability guarantees over any other host! This year we took it one step further and now manage our entire network. We’ve partnered with six tier 1 network carriers directly to deliver a globally diverse, redundant and completely optimized enterprise network. 🔥
- We have SO much exciting news to come, but as a teaser, we have officially become a Cloudflare enterprise partner! In addition to many benefits we’ll soon share, we have become physically connected to Cloudflare! If using Cloudflare (which you should be!), there is not a more optimized network on the planet than the BigScoots network. 💨
- A WPO Portal upgrade. We’ve had a lot of exciting progress with our WPO (WordPress Optimized Portal) this year. We now have direct Cloudflare integration, DNS management, rewrites, redirects, free email, backup management, team collaboration, automated staging, and so much more! We have a new and very exciting update coming soon which will give our WPO portal a complete face lift while also integrating many more features to make your BigScoots experience even better! 🤟
- We’ve sat down with some of our amazing clients and created case studies to share a bit about themselves, their businesses and also their experiences with BigScoots. We have lots more coming, be sure to check them out! 🤗
